Senior Director of Admissions

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Admissions to lead the Admissions Department at VITAS Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Admissions Department, aligning with VITAS Healthcare's overall business objectives.
• Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture within the Admissions Department, ensuring that patients and families receive exceptional service and support.
• Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance Admissions performance, quality, and efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
• Workforce Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Admissions staff, ensuring that they possess the necessary skills and competencies to deliver high-quality service.
• Operations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a culture of excellence and integrity within the Admissions Department.
• Results and Accountability: Drive business results, measuring performance against key metrics and KPIs, and taking corrective action to address any areas of concern.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans, driving business growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Proficient in technology, with experience using tools such as Excel, MS Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or business from an accredited college or university, or international equivalent.
• Current RN license, preferably in the state where the program is located.
