Milea Truck Sales & Leasing, a leading provider of heavy-duty trucks in New York City, is seeking an experienced Automotive Assistant Service Manager/Shop Foreman to join our team.

Job Description:


As an Automotive Assistant Service Manager/Shop Foreman at Milea Truck Sales & Leasing, you will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations, ensuring a seamless workflow and superior customer satisfaction. You will lead and mentor a team of technicians, assisting with diagnostics and repairs to deliver top-quality service. Your expertise will also be invaluable in providing advice to customers on service needs and estimates, with transparency and care.


Key Responsibilities:*



  • Oversee daily service operations to ensure a seamless workflow and superior customer satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, assisting with diagnostics and repairs
  • Provide expert advice to customers on service needs and estimates
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:



  • 10+ years of automotive/trucking industry experience
  • Strong background in mechanical repair and diagnostics, with a hands-on approach
  • Leadership experience in a trucking service department
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
