Senior Account Manager, National Chains

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at ORIGINS ORGANIC/Domaine Bousquet USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the national chain market.
About the Role:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and market share in national chain accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national chains, including buyers, category managers, and store owners.
• Identify opportunities to expand product lines and improve profitability in existing accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to drive business results.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
About You:
• 5-10 years of experience in wine or beverage sales, with a minimum of 3 years managing national accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and expanding market share in national chain accounts.
• Strong understanding of the national chain retail landscape and ability to navigate complex buyer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Existing client relationships with several national chain retailers in the alcohol industry.
• Established network of buyers and influencers in the national chain retail space.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Nielsen/IRI information experience preferred.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
