Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Store Associate to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our store staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, educating guests about our products, and driving sales through effective use of our point-of-sale system.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Represent Curaleaf as a Brand Ambassador: Provide top-notch customer service, educate guests on our products, and ensure a positive experience during each visit.
  • Drive Sales and Merchandise Management: Utilize our point-of-sale system to track merchandise and verify purchases, while maintaining a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
  • Foster a Collaborative Team Environment: Work closely with colleagues to create an environment of trust and respect, promoting open communication and a positive store culture.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Retail Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in retail sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless interactions and conflict resolution.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking merchandise, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
