Master Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled Master Automotive Technician with a specialization in Mazda vehicles to join our team at Mike Bass Ford in Sheffield Village, Ohio.

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues in Mazda vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components for any defects or malfunctions
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries in a professional manner

• Valid certification as a Mazda Technician
• Prior experience working with Mazda vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
