Welding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Delano, MN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks on various types of steel and alloys.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean production setting, utilizing your technical skills to contribute to the success of our company. You will be working with thinner gauge materials up to 1/8" thick, reading and interpreting welding blueprints, and ensuring high-quality welds that meet specifications.

• Perform MIG welding on various types of steel and alloys, including stainless steel, aluminum, and black steel.
• Work with thinner gauge materials up to 1/8" thick.
• Read and interpret welding blueprints to ensure accurate welding processes.
• Move fixtures into the welding bay and position them appropriately.
• Lift materials and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure high-quality welds that meet specifications.

• 1 year of recent experience (or schooling equivalent) in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints; candidates will be tested on this skill.
• Proficiency in reading tape measures to 1/32".
• Capability to lift 50 lbs. with no restrictions.
