Job Summary:

Bern's Steak House is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Server Trainee to join our team. As a Server Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your food, wine, and spirits knowledge in a high-volume fine dining environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
  • Work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Seamlessly transition from working independently to contributing as a member of a team.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Command of the English language and strong communication skills.
  • Professional well-groomed appearance.
  • Availability during weekends and nights.
  • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. multiple times during a shift.
  • Use of hands required 100% of the time.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 6-10 hour shift.
