We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead our skilled nursing team at Edmonds Care Center in Washington. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in nursing management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation Package
The annual salary for this position is expected to be between $140,000 and $175,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and disability coverage.

Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing Services will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating the nursing services provided in our center. This includes ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, implementing center core nursing programs, maintaining records and reports for resident care, orienting and training nursing personnel, managing the nursing department within budget, and following all center policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have current state RN licensure without enforcement and at least three years of experience as a DON. A strong leadership style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
