Window Cleaning Specialist

The role involves managing daily work order completion, jobsite quality control, and fulfilling the needs of our customers to the best of your capabilities. We strive to become the best and most respected window cleaning company in the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage and execute daily assigned work orders
- Maintain weekly production standards and expectations
- Able to demonstrate safety importance in the workplace
Requirements:
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a high-functioning team
- Strong time management skills
This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible scheduling (no nights or weekends). Compensation includes hourly pay and commission-based structure. Potential for merit increase/bonus and paid holidays/vacation. You'll also have opportunities for monthly volunteering projects and quarterly personal growth seminars.
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Fish Window Cleaning is an independently owned and operated franchise.
