Curated Bartending Experience

We are seeking passionate and professional bartenders/mixologists to join our dynamic team at HAPPIER PEOPLE MANAGEMENT LLC. We are looking for exceptional individuals who provide a luxurious guest experience, with expertise in fine dining and beverage-driven venues.

You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 USD plus tips.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all standard and specialty cocktails, adhering to seasonal recipes.
  • Support beer, spirits, and non-wine beverage inventories and ordering.
  • Manage guest experiences from start to finish, responding promptly to needs and requests.
  • Assist the service bar and maintain a clean bar environment.
  • Assess customer preferences and make recommendations.
  • Exhibit knowledge of food, wine, and spirits to guide guests through the dining experience.
  • Check identification and confirm legal drinking age.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Substantive bartending experience required, with strong knowledge of food, wine & spirits.
  • Ability to multitask in high-volume, high-intensity establishments.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for restaurant hospitality, service, and craft cocktails.
  • Flexible schedule and open availability.
  • Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros).
  • Fine Dining experience: 1 year (required), Head Bartender or Craft Cocktail Creation experience preferred.
