Electrical System Specialist for Power Grid Operations

PacifiCorp seeks a skilled Electrical System Specialist to join our team in Medford, Oregon. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $68.39.
**Job Overview**
Journeyman Station Meter and Relay Technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, adjusting, testing, and repairing substation and generating station meters, relay and control equipment. They work under the direction of a Lead Station Meter and Relay Technician or Senior Station Meter and Relay Technician.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and correct troubles on station meter, relay and remote control equipment
- Prepare reports and records incidental to the work
- Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical control systems, vehicles, tools, test equipment, spare parts, and supplies
**Requirements:**
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent program
- 4+ years of experience in the meter & relay trade
- Good driving record and physical exam required
