Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families in Polk County.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Provide quality documentation, progress notes, and submit them within required deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse populations of staff, children, and families in a culturally sensitive manner.

Requirements:
  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and provide quality documentation.
