Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
  • Sell products, including paints, coatings, and related supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stock areas
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
