Nurse Practitioner, Part Time Nights Medical Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Christiana Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware
- 2+ years of experience in critical care nursing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
