About the Role:

The Senior Patient Care Specialist - Telemetry Nursing will work in our telemetry unit, providing direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting routine assessments, developing and implementing patient care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct patient care to patients in the telemetry unit, including conducting routine assessments and implementing patient care plans.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and other nurses, to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education throughout the care process.
  4. Conduct routine assessments and develop patient care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a telemetry nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
