Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Imaging Specialist to join our team at RAYUS Radiology. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 7:00pm. You will work closely with our team of radiologists and medical professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Scanning and Imaging: Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients, following strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Patient Preparation and Support: Prepare patients for scanning procedures, explaining the process and providing emotional support to ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Maintain imaging equipment in good working order, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaboration with Radiologists and Medical Professionals: Work closely with radiologists and medical professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Current ARRT registration and licensure as a radiologic technologist in the applicable state.
  • Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiography.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
