Our client, a renowned financial staffing firm, Creative Financial Staffing, seeks an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager to join their esteemed HR team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration and payroll processing.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership position and drive strategic initiatives within the organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with the VP of HR to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including conducting regular audits and maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
  • Negotiate rates and resolve claims issues with insurance carriers and brokers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, in collaboration with the payroll specialist.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on benefits administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Paycom.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
