LPN - Overnight Nurse at Avamere Communities

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Avamere Communities. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistance team, ensuring compliance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Ensure that all nursing personnel adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Review and update departmental policies, procedures, and job descriptions as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts, services, programs, and activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident discharge plans and medication administration.
- Participate in community surveys and inspections as required.
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing care facilities.
- Ability to make independent decisions and work effectively in a team environment.
