IT Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Engineer at Vaco, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to clients and resolving complex IT issues and incidents. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely resolution of incidents within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements. Your expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and infrastructure problems will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced technical support to clients/customers, resolving complex IT issues and incidents.
Ownership of escalated technical issues, prioritizing them, and ensuring timely resolution according to service level agreements and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and infrastructure problems, both remotely and on-site if necessary.
Effective communications with clients/customers, keeping them informed about the status of their support requests and providing guidance on issue resolution.
Create and update documentation for known issues and solutions.
Maintain monitoring solutions to detect and address potential issues before they become critical.
Assist system users by troubleshooting Tier 1.5-Tier 2 issues, including: Windows Server, Active Directory, Active Sync, LAN/WAN, MS Exchange, O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Auto Pilot, Intune etc.), VMware, Azure, Mobile Device Management, Disaster Recovery, DNS, and maintenance MFA, Switches, Routers, Firewalls.
