Job SummaryThis full-time RN position involves overseeing the general operation of our wound care program, working closely with senior directors to develop and implement best practices, and ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth and development of our wound care services.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the wound care program, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among team members
- Develop and implement evidence-based policies and procedures for wound care delivery
- Collaborate with senior directors to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Wound Care RN
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field (desired)
