We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Caf Attendant to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. As a Caf Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and execute a variety of caf services, including food preparation and presentation.
- Manage the caf cash drawer, including balancing and deposits.
- Maintain a clean and organized caf space, including restocking and food preparation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member inquiries.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Previous food and alcohol service experience, as well as cash handling experience.
- Passion for customer service and working with a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
