About the Role:

A leading executive search firm, Affinity Executive Search, is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join a dynamic furniture manufacturer and distributor in the Chicago suburbs. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, distribution, operations, or logistics, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
