Speech-Language Pathologist

Thom Child and Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team in Boston, MA. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments to identify developmental needs and create individualized intervention plans.
- Provide direct speech therapy services and activities tailored to the child's developmental stage and needs.
- Collaborate with families to develop and implement intervention plans, ensuring that services are culturally sensitive and grounded in evidence-based practice.
- Document progress, complete assessments, and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a service coordinator, scheduling and implementing intervention plans, and ensuring timely progress monitoring.
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) or CF eligible.
- Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with families and community partners.
