Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care in various healthcare settings. Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians and registered nurses in caring for patients, administering medications, and ensuring the overall well-being of individuals under your care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and record patient medical history accurately
  • Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring precise and timely documentation
  • Assist in medical-surgical procedures and sterile processing, adhering to strict protocols
  • Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention, empowering individuals to take control of their well-being
  • Perform triage assessments in emergency situations, prioritizing patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication
  • Utilize sonography for diagnostic purposes, leveraging technology to enhance patient care
  • Specialize in infant care when required, providing sensitive and compassionate care to vulnerable populations
Requirements
  • Valid LPN license in the state of practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in hospital or ICU settings is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in patient care techniques and medication administration, demonstrating expertise in clinical skills
  • Ability to perform physical assessments and interpret vital signs accurately, ensuring precise and timely documentation
  • Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures and sterile processing protocols, adhering to strict standards of care
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect
