At Flynn Planet Fitness, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to our members.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting members, prospective members, and guests, handling front desk activities, and providing assistance via phone. Your friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills will make all the difference in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be expected to multitask, think critically, and stay organized while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a smile and a warm welcome
  • Handle all front desk-related activities, including answering phones and assisting callers with a variety of questions
  • Check members into our system efficiently and accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
