Job Overview:
As a Leasing Associate with Northwood Ravin, you will play a crucial role in leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for our multi-family residential apartments. You will be the front line of our community office, providing exceptional customer service to current residents, potential residents, business partners, and neighborhood partners.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company in a professional manner at all times, demonstrating exemplary customer service, attitude, and professionalism. Key responsibilities include greeting prospects, qualifying them by covering all criteria, recording prospect visits and initial interactions, and applying product knowledge to clients' needs by communicating the features and benefits. They will also assist prospects in completing applications and securing deposits, update leasing software, process applications for approvals, and submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval. Additionally, they will maintain follow-up communication via email and telephone, ensure apartment readiness for residents to move-in, prepare leases, and assist residents with lease execution. They will also inspect models and available market-ready units, communicate related service needs to the Property Manager, monitor renewals and lease expiration dates, distribute and follow-up on renewal notices, monitor advertising effectiveness, gather information about market competition, and participate in outreach marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, operate Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
