Job Overview

BioPhase Solutions is seeking a highly skilled R&D Lab Technician to join our team in the Greater Los Angeles area. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for supporting our research and development efforts, including stability program management, raw material handling, and laboratory batch preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain a safe and efficient laboratory environment.
  • Prepare and submit laboratory samples to customers with accurate documentation.
  • Maintain a comprehensive laboratory notebook and report results to R&D management.
  • Develop proficiency in laboratory batch preparation and assist team members as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with external departments and ensure timely completion of requests.
  • Write reports to summarize work and findings.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate with 2+ years of laboratory experience or pursuing a bachelor's degree in a life science discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Superior problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
