We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Caretenders in LaGrange. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Instruct patients and their families on proper care techniques and maintenance of a healthy environment.
  • Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition to supervising nurses and physicians.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • CPR Certification required.
