PRS Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator II to join their team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities associated with the Payroll Department and ensuring that weekly payroll is processed timely and accurately.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for 6 multi-state companies with 500-600 employees
  • Audit automated and manual timecards for payroll processing
  • Export and import timecard information from timecard software into payroll software
  • Calculate hours, tax withholdings, deductions, bonuses, and union fringes

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-volume, multi-state payroll environment and be proficient in Microsoft software such as Word and Excel. A bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in union/prevailing wage payroll
  • Leadership experience in a payroll department
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred

The compensation package includes an estimated hourly wage of $27-$35 per hour, plus ESOP retirement benefits, health insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.
