Role Summary: As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating various conditions through evidence-based practices. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.- Maintain current knowledge of standard physical therapy practices and adapt to changing needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous learning, and quality improvement within the department.
- Foster effective communication and partnerships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
