As a Registered Nurse Clinical Staff Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote interdisciplinary care and education
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans

We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
