Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in York, PA. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with evening and weekend rotations. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Obtain Patient History and Gather Information: You will be responsible for obtaining patient history and gathering relevant information to provide comprehensive care.
- Perform Specialized Procedures: You will perform specialized procedures, examinations, and tests as ordered and aligned with our clinical scope document.
- Ensure Patient Safety: You will ensure all patient care areas are adequately stocked with unexpired supplies and medications, and that instruments, equipment, and supplies are handled and stored properly.
- Relay Information and Facilitate Communication: You will relay information and facilitate communication between the provider and the patient concerning patient care.
- Educate Patients and Families: You will educate patients and families on healthy lifestyle changes, health education, counseling, and advice.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certification: You must have a current LPN certification in Pennsylvania or multi-state licensure.
- Experience: You must have at least one year of clinical nursing experience.
