Overview of the Position

Purpose:

This is an entry-level role as a Business Development Representative for PSM Marketing, focusing on growing and developing industry accounts through lead generation, cold calling, and customer feedback. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes, prospecting, and sales growth.

Salary Details

The base salary for this position is $35,000 per year, plus commission opportunities, which can potentially increase the On-Target Earnings up to $55,000 annually. This position offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Growth and Development of Industry Accounts
  • Cold calling and Lead Generation
  • Overcome Objections
  • Deliver Rebuttals Enthusiastically
  • Follow Proven Sales System

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of generating leads or related work experience (at least 2 years)
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Lead generation/cold calling experience
  • An Associate's degree or higher preferred but not required
  • The ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of Territory Manager
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners
  • Bonus experience: Digital Marketing products such as SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.
