About Our Assisted Living Facilities

Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities, providing a safe and supportive environment for our residents. We have 43 apartments at Lakewood Pines and 26 apartments at Lakewood Manor, where we focus on improving our residents' quality of life by delivering the highest quality of care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Universal Caregiver to join our team at Lakewood Health System. As a Universal Caregiver, you will provide personalized care to our residents, focusing on dignity and respect for each individual in their care.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing and passing medications
• Encourage residents to function at the highest level of their ability
• Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members
• Observe proper infection control and safety procedures
• Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members, and fellow staff

Requirements

• Current MN Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred but not required
• Ability to work full-time, days, with shifts from 6am-2pm
