MaineHealth is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join its expanding team in Rockland, Maine. This unique opportunity involves providing care to patients 18 years of age and older, from the whole social spectrum. The ideal candidate will provide teaching to rural track psychiatry residents and Tufts University medical students, and leadership to a multidisciplinary outpatient team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical care to patients with serious mental health issues
* Teach and mentor rural track psychiatry residents and Tufts University medical students
* Lead a multidisciplinary outpatient team
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
* BC/BE in Psychiatry
* Current and valid licensure as a physician by the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine
* Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or be eligible for examination
* 3+ years experience inclusive residency and/or fellowship training
