Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange complex travel for corporate clients, including air, car rental, hotel, and other ground transportation.
  • Advise clients on international travel requirements and concerns, such as passport, visa, and inoculations.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of client travel policy, guidelines, authorization requirements, and procedures.
  • Counsel clients on traveler safety considerations, government travel regulations, and logistical routing and options.
  • Research and resolve en-route traveler service concerns as soon as possible.
  • Provide excellent customer service and utilize time management skills to efficiently organize and process workload.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a travel agent is required.
  • 5 years' experience in a corporate travel environment is preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited travel school program and some college is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with corporate online booking tools is preferred.
