Job Summary

The Maintenance Department Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring the efficient operation of facilities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless facility operations
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in multi-craft industrial maintenance
  • 2-5 years of management experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and tracking systems

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in PLC-based hardware and software, electrical control systems, mechanical drive systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and HVAC systems
  • Leadership experience and high proficiency in Microsoft Office products
