Claims Resolution Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing a caseload of claims, ensuring that company policy, procedure, and regulatory requirements are adhered to at all times.

• Deliver specific objectives as assigned upon appointment.
• Handle claims according to group SLAs.
• Gather and process information to support complex case assessment.
• Manage recovery files portfolio.
• Adhere to Insurance Complaint Management process.
• Perform duties assigned by Senior Management or Core team.

• Enhance the group's Insurance brand/reputation with a customer-centric claims proposition.
• Refer outside-authority-level claims to appropriate referral points.
• Maintain and develop personal knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Closely manage diary and improve closing ratios above 100%.
• Adhere to Argus Insurance Complaint Management process.
• Anually set individual performance objectives.

• Previous experience is considered beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organisation.
• Interest in developing insurance/claims knowledge.
• Attention to detail.
