We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced endocrinologist to join our team at the Medical University of South Carolina Health, specializing in thyroid neoplasms. As a key member of our Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases, you will play a critical role in providing clinical care, advancing research, and educating future leaders in endocrinology.
Responsibilities- Treat patients with a full spectrum of thyroid neoplasms, utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques and treatments.
- Involvement in the teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows, fostering the next generation of endocrinologists.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to the development of innovative research projects, enhancing our understanding and treatment of thyroid neoplasms.
- Board certification or eligibility in endocrinology is required.
- Demonstrated experience in thyroid neoplasms, with a strong academic background and publication record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
