Job Title: Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurses, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading travel nurse staffing agency and make a difference in the lives of patients across the country.

About the Job

This is a 13-week contract position with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent experience in Interventional Radiology and be willing to be flexible and adaptable in new environments.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures using various modalities, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT scans.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal imaging.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including adjusting settings and ensuring proper function.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Current certification in Interventional Radiology (e.g., ARRT (R)).
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in new environments.
