Licensed Vocational Nurse

Job Summary:
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As an LVN with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
