Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Certified Public Accountant with a strong analytical background
  • Review and analyze financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage multiple clients and their financial records, including general ledger reconciliation
  • Participate in firm management processes and provide regular updates to partners on client financial status
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial procedures, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in performing audits, reviews, and compilations, with the ability to supervise staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Support training and onboarding for new staff, and monitor daily staff activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Certified Public Account Certification (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CCH Axcess, and QuickBooks
  • 5+ years of experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-lingual skills a plus (Portuguese, Italian, and/or Spanish preferred)
  • Ability to meet deadlines, be reliable, organized, dedicated, and effective as a team member
