Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals, desserts, and snacks in accordance with the posted menu schedule
- Ensure that all special diets and dietary concerns are followed
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, including washing pots and pans
- Knowledgeable and compliant with health code requirements for food and beverage storage and hot/cold holding temperatures
Requirements:
- Must be interested in geriatrics and able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Knowledgeable and experienced in dietary techniques and procedures
