Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Professional to fill a Med Surg nursing position in Lexington, Massachusetts. This role involves providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

This is an ongoing position that requires a 40-hour workweek with regular 8-hour shifts. You will be part of our Staff team, working closely with colleagues to provide seamless patient care.

Estimated Annual Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide high-quality patient education and support
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical records systems
