At Marbles Kids Museum, we are seeking a highly energetic and engaging Guest Engagement Host (Bilingual) to join our team. This dynamic role plays an essential part in providing exceptional experiences for all museum visitors. As a Guest Engagement Host, you will be responsible for delivering memorable and welcoming interactions at the welcome desk, exhibit activation, and group assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Museum Opening and Closing Duties: Collaborate with the guest engagement team to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Welcome Desk Operations: Receive and process customer payments while providing excellent service.
  • Guest Support: Describe museum layout and operational procedures, act as a museum ambassador, and share guest feedback with managers.
  • Exhibit Activation: Playfully interact with guests in exhibits to enhance their experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional responsive service to all museum guests.
  • Inventory Management: Stock supplies and manage packages delivered.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably with families and young children.
  • Museum or equivalent experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Written and oral Spanish language proficiency.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, and reaching.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Occasional use of a ladder and stairs.

Schedule Availability:

  • Schedule flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum.
