About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Hospitality Team Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and assistance to the Guest Services team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Operate the dispatch desk with efficiency and maintain all records in an organized manner.
- Lift up to 75 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 150 pounds when necessary.
- Coordinate and oversee timely and professional luggage assistance and storage to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
As a Hospitality Team Lead at Loews Hotels & Co, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is dedicated to excellence in customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating the front-of-house operations, including check-in, concierge services, and room assignments.
