About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Hospitality Team Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and assistance to the Guest Services team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Operate the dispatch desk with efficiency and maintain all records in an organized manner.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 150 pounds when necessary.
  • Coordinate and oversee timely and professional luggage assistance and storage to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
What We Offer

As a Hospitality Team Lead at Loews Hotels & Co, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
