Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Community Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction, managing a team, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining the property's financial health.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property or community management, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and proficiency in property management software and tools.

  • Overseeing the leasing process, renewals, and resident relations to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sense of community among residents through effective communication and events.
  • Managing the budget to ensure cost-effective solutions and profitability.
  • Hiring, training, and supervising on-site staff to deliver top-tier service.
  • Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Working with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and reduce vacancies.
  • Handling resident complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in property or community management (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in property management software and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
What We Offer
