Job Summary

As a Salesperson at Sunroad Automotive, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles. This role requires efficiency, ambition, and organization to meet daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered for sale, effectively presenting and explaining features and benefits to customers.
  • Establish and fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and sales goals, utilizing time effectively.
  • Assist customers, answer questions, and help select a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Offer test drives, following dealership procedures to obtain proper identification.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories, and translate their benefits to customers.
  • Refer closed deals to the F&I manager, alongside properly completed paperwork.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring understanding of the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel, emphasizing quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain a buyer follow-up system, encouraging repeat and referral business.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid California state sales license.
  • Valid Driver's license and safe driving record; required to have California within 30 days.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions of the job.
