Brulin, a leader in the industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our Parts and Cleaning Solutions (PCS) team. As a member of our team of visionaries, creators, and achievers dedicated to solving customers' precision cleaning needs, you will have the opportunity to establish and foster solid relationships with customers and help generate meaningful sales growth and profitability.

  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of products, services, markets, and market segments to provide consultation, guidance, or training.
  • Prospects, identifies, and qualifies new customers, ascertains their needs, demonstrates products, negotiates pricing within established guidelines, and closes sales.
  • Analyzes territory to identify growth opportunities, evaluates results, and creates sales strategy and financial operating plans for their territory.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key industrial channel partners and cleaning equipment manufacturers to increase sales leads.
  • Develops and executes the strategy for their sales region.
  • Conducts technical presentations of Brulin industrial products to demonstrate solid solutions to specific customer opportunities.
  • Develops strategies for assessing customer needs and positioning the organization's products or services as potential solutions.
  • Manages sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrates awareness and competency relevant to both the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, objectives, and compliance obligations related to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) system.

  • Understands ISO quality systems and/or responsibilities.
  • Salesforce experience is helpful.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Brulin is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
