Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services to underserved communities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide medical evaluation and treatment using standard medical procedures as part of the clinical care team. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff. Responsibilities include engaging in a patient-centered approach to providing care, obtaining and documenting patient information, ordering prescriptions, administering medications, and coordinating referrals as needed.

Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in medicine, including knowledge of population health management, ethics of confidentiality, and standards of medical care. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or FQHC setting is preferred. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Certification as a PA or NP, licensure in North Carolina, and DEA certification are required. Board certification is also desirable. Additionally, you must be able to stand for extended periods, walk short distances, and perform repetitive motion tasks with keyboards and limited physical activity.
